The beef was rough to bite into, it got stuck into my teeth. Doesn’t feel fresh and has the texture of almost like a cat’s tongue and was unappetizing overall. While eating the fish ball, I bit into something hard and which I assumed to be plastic. But the service was amazing and the atmosphere was nice and clean!

am a regular customer here, and I would like to ask the owner why the quality of the soup is not consistent. Last week when I visited, the soup was too bland. Other times it was just right. Today, however, it is very salty. This inconsistency affects my dining experience. If the soup is too bland, I can simply add some salt from the condiment station, and I will do that in the future. But when the soup is too salty, I don't know what I can do to fix it. I really like your restaurant. The atmosphere, beef, seafood, vegetables, and mushrooms are all excellent in my opinion. I’m not exactly sure why I enjoy dining here so much—perhaps it’s because I love the flavor of your mala soup base. I am still giving a 5-star rating, but I hope the restaurant owner or kitchen staff will taste the soup before serving it to customers to ensure a more consistent quality.

This was my first time coming to this establishment and it was overall an OK experience. Nothing really stood out as great. The service was decent but I did not feel that the meat quality or selection were anything special. They have pretty good sauces though.

A friend and I came here for a the 29.99 hotpot AYCE and in short it was bad. We got soggy mushy rice, watery tonkatsu, and wilted bokchoy. The staff can be heard cursing at each other and giving us sideways glances as we tried to pick at what was lukewarm shrimp and crab sticks. We were very disappointed and left after only one order. We got in n out instead.

Came here for the AYCE all-you-can-eat hot pot ($30.99 per adult), and while the concept is good, the quality is not. Pros: Ordering off the iPad was convenient and easy. Staff was friendly, attentive, and readily available. Decent variety: meats, seafood, tofu, veggies, noodles, and rice all covered. Cons: Quality was underwhelming. Some items were canned goods or low-grade (meat, seafood, noodles). The meat wasn’t the best cut, and you can tell from both taste and texture. I even started feeling a bit allergic by the end of the meal, possibly due to the quality or preservatives in some ingredients. Tried 4 different soup bases, and unfortunately, none stood out, they were all pretty bland. Overall, this place delivers on quantity but falls short on quality. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's more about the AYCE novelty than a memorable hot pot experience.
